Thailand (locally known as Muang Thai) has become one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the world. In one word, the main reason for Thailand's popularity is its diversity. Thailand is blessed with scenic beauty of its landscapes. Thailand offers mountainous regions with beautiful valleys in the north, plains in the centre & north east, most attractive beaches & islands in the south, and plains supporting agriculture and jungles in the east. It is referred as a golden land because of the luster produced from the combination of fertile rice fields of the central plains, white sandy beaches or the warm hospitality of its citizenry. more...

Mae Hong Son

Mae Hong Son (The City of Three Mists) is nestled in a deep valley hemmed in by high mountain ranges, I has long been isolated from the outside world. Mae Hong Son (also Maehongson, Mae Hong Sorn or Maehongsorn) is one of the Northern provinces (changwat) of Thailand, and at the same time the westernmost. It is about 13, 814 square kilometers. This is highly suitable for the training of elephants. It has a beautiful airport which brings more tourists. It has natural scenery, numerous hill-tribe communities and soft adventure opportunities.

It is the one of the remotest district in Thailand.  People are attracted to the area due to its pristine virgin forests, spectacular mountains, lush valleys, indigenous wildlife and unique hill-tribes. Pai district has now evolved as Thailand 'hippiest' hang-outs, second only to Koh Pha-ngan.
